Hi! Could someone help me identify if this is mold or just blue dye?

It appeared just next to the Restroom sink/vanity unit and it kinda spread a bit to the tile next to it?

The reason why I think it could also be tint is because I’ve been using those bleach & blue Clorox toilet tablets so maybe something is leaking from a pipe when flushing?

Been using the tablets for some time but just noticed a few weeks ago, located in Colorado
