Her2+ with PCR looking at next steps

Hi all
I’m 37yrs old based in Sydney, Australia. I had her2+ in lymph’s (primary in breast regressed itself 🤷🏼‍♀️) finished 6 rounds of TCHP and had axillary node dissection which showed PCR NED. I’m absolutely ecstatic with this and of course, still have herceptin treatment until end of year.

My question is around radiation. I’m weighing up benefits vs. risks. The risks seem massive in comparison but the radiation oncologist can’t/wont give me any data/percentages of risk of recurrence with or without radiation.

Anyone else in the same bucket or didn’t opt for radiation? If you did opt for it, how was it and did you experience any of the hectic side effects?

TIA, from a swirling minded gal x
