Hi all, just looking for some advice on technique. Had my friend take a video of me hitting forehand rallies and I can't really put into words but it seems like I'm doing something wrong. In general it looks like I'm arming the ball and not using my hips enough, though the shots do go in with margin and i'm not uncomfortable.

But would appreciate any feedback to improve, especially on things i'm not seeing. Thanks!
