Does anyone have any tips on how to restore these photos? I'm really not that great so any help or advice would be fantastic. Thank you

I found some negatives from the 90s got them developed. Others came out near perfect, except for these two. I've tried all I can to try to restore them but I'm not sn expert at all. Are they salvageable? What can I do? Thank you in advance
