Getting out

Anyone in here switched over to an Auto claims Adjuster? Just got an offer for a WFH automotive claim adjuster trainee at $27 with national general which is about half as what I’m making right now as an advisor. My job as an advisor/ manager has given me severe stress and anxiety and I’m pretty burnt out after 4 years. I’m going to get anxiety meds soon because I need them severely, I was out of work for 2 weeks and all my anxiety issues went away so it was amazing. I’m just nervous from what I hear that this job will be just as stressful and then I would have taken almost a 50% pay cut for the same bullshit. So trying to figure out if it’s even worth it, or just keep stacking money until I get out and find something better with not such a drastic pay cut. If this was a dream job or something I truly wanted to do then I wouldn’t even hesitate, buts it not lol.

Hey guys been an advisor for 4 years and now assistant SVC manager but still also advising, so I have the same job just not alittle extra money and handle all of the other advisors issues. I make six figures and have a decent scheduled and I am grateful for that. I am so burnt out of this job, I recently got a checkup and found out I have hypertension due to stress and anxiety and I truly can feel that. This job is slowly destroying me , I just feel so anxious when I go there, or even think about it, or just knowing I work the next day. I love most of my coworkers but the customers have ruined me, I can’t event stand talking to people anymore an get extremely overstimulated when 5 people are pulling at you and you have to micromanage every interaction in fear of a bad survey. Everyday is the same, it’s like a raging forest fire that never goes out , did it get out of control and spread or was it contained just enough to survive. I can go on and on about other things about this job I hate but I really need to get out, but am afraid to take a pay cut, doesn’t seem like anything will come even remotely close starting out to what I make now. I have tried getting into the DMS side like COX and what not but can’t seem to get any traction. I have an interview as an Auto claims adjuster trainee for Allstate this week but sketched about it cuz it doesn’t pay that well. But I’m at the point where is the money worth my declining health. Any advice or tips on how to get out, what to get out into would be really appreciated! Thanks for listening
