I lost my dog, Moose, 2 years ago and it hit me harder than I expected.
I ended up doing something kind of unexpected to process it. I wrote a children’s book inspired by him. It actually helped more than I thought, especially with putting words to the experience.
But I still find myself missing him in waves.
I’d really love to hear what helped you get through losing your dog?
