Renter rights act kicked in today and (no) surprise surprise our uni student renters gave us notice they will be leaving in 2 months. Why commit to the full year they signed to when uni is only open for 9 months?
What do you expect will happen next? Rents go up to compensate the difference or no one will be renting to students anymore?
