This engineer build ran 4 incendiary turrets and a very late blazemander, but no scared sausages (early ban, as I wasn't investing on elemental damage as engie). Highest total damage "from a single item" (minus the investment in the aforementioned sources of fire) by the end of the run.
If i had to guess, I'd say that just a single scared sausage in any build makes this item go crazy.
