i accidentally opened the home app and suddenly that window appeared, no matter how much i press don’t allow or allow, it doesn’t disappear. I tried turning off completely my ipad but it won’t let me touch anything else other than that window. Even if i close it when i turn it on again is still stuck with that.

I got this ipad last year and it has been working perfectly fine, never had any issues with it, and now i don’t know what to do, any expert please help or suggest something!
