Should I take an Amazon offer?

I’m really stuck here, Amazon seems like a top tier place to work, the name, the tech, the experience etc. And I know it will set me up in the future. Another thing that’s important to me is being able to potentially move globally.

But I’m entering at a lower seniority than my previous roles, and what scares me is 5 days RTO, 40 hours, intense workload. And a few years before I can move up / abroad anyway.

Question is how bad is it regarding flexibility and culture, and should I consider my other options (Wise, Starling, Zopa)? Or do you actually work just as much, at these companies, but with 3 days RTO and slightly higher pay.

Role is in data eng / analytics in the UK

Edit: do you find the 5 days in office and 40+++ hours to outweigh the benefits of Amazon?
