Hi there. I'm currently in pursuit of diagnosis (hEDS suspected), hypermobility already confirmed, last month cardiologically cleared except noticiable dysautonomia during stress electrocardiogram, with a fair portion of confirmed and suspected comorbidities. I've got heat/cold sensitive hands, and on my (m, 183cm, ~80kg) way back from shopping (backpack, ~10kg, noticable but not constraining) I noticed my hands being bright red and pale on the medial phalanges (much redder in person than shown on the photo). 26°C and high himidity. I don't know if it is renaurd syndrome or something related another avenue I should point out to my physicians, and what to look out for and document for them, so advice is welcome.
