








(HELP) Never accepting Pet rides EVER AGAIN
I had taken a ride that was auto queued (yes i know most of you hate using the feature but i was in a area where i was taking students to the campus in the same city for an event so it made sense) but it wasnt showing up as a pet ride. I show up and im taking 3 kids and their mother and a big put bull to a local school for their baseball game. Normally, every pet ride ive done they have their pet in a carrier or some sort of space where there pet isnt just doing whatever it wants. I had no issue if the pet was gonn set still as it seemed very trained from the 5 mins it took for them to load their stuff and get situated. I drop them off and before i go to my next queued ride to go back into the campus area in Irvine i examine the seats to get ride of any potential fur, snd i see the seats COVERED in small fur, dirt, mud stains, and saw damage done to a rail guard and the speaker on the door. I report it to lyft and their excuse is “there is too many inconsistencies with the claim” despite submitting over 10 images of all the mess these people left. What do you guys recommend doing? I had to cancel rides for the day and tried to get this cleaned and resolved since i have already had one passenger last week who had an allergic reaction with a passenger before him who had smoked and he was allergic to that, god forbid i give a ride to someone allergic to dog fur. In the SoCal region at that, any recommendations for this bs?
