I’m on Duloxetine and whilst it’s been fantastic for pain relief it’s causing me to overheat big time, and squashed my sex drive flat.
Can any recommend an antidepressant that’s helped their pain without the overheating, and low libido please.

I’ve had to taper this med due to loss of libido and overheating issues. Almost off it now but really frustrated as it was so helpful for pain.

Has anybody had these symptoms but overcome them?
