Where they have you schedule an interview, you show up, and the person interviewing you says "yeah, we aren't really hiring right now, but we'll keep your application on file for when we are." THEN WHY TF ARE YOU PUTTING JOB LISTINGS ON INDEED?! Sick of wasting my time with these BS interviews with companies that apparently aren't even intending to hire anyone.
