Need help with my brother surgery

Hello everyone so am posting here cuz it's my final hope .
I'm 25 M am in charge of supporting my family financially I'm from north Africa and I make 170$ a month it's enough for surviving my little brother 15 yo have this problem with his (Urinary tract)
He born with something wrong in him .
He had a surgery when he was I believe 6Yo and now he is struggling with peeing we can literally heard him moaning and it's very hard to see him going through this so when we took him to a public hospital which he had his surgery there in the first place they said he is old now and we can't do it you have to take him to a private one which cost around (3500$) I start working a second job and am making 130$ a month from it so saving for it it will take at least 2 years like I mentioned before I live in north Africa so it's a lot harder to get a bank loan .
I tried to ask some friends and family members for help and it didn't work.
So what am asking you guys if anyone consider either a little help or even a loan like I said I making extra 130$ a month so it will take some time to give it back .
But am willing to do whatever it takes to help my brother I don't want something bad to happen to him his a nice kid and I feel desperate.
If anyone interested in help please I'll share all medical report and everything.
