US-Canada Border
Has anyone recently crossed the border to the US? How was your experience? My brother offered to lend me his EV car. I’m meeting and picking up my LDR girlfriend who lives in Texas, and we’re driving back to Winnipeg after two weeks to enjoy some nice road trip together.
I’m feeling anxious crossing the border. Last time I crossed was 7 months ago with my siblings (we all work from home) to visit relatives living in California, and when we mentioned our work setup they asked us how come our employers didn’t mind us being gone for 3 weeks, and what’s stopping us from staying in the us and not coming back etc obviously we said our family, work, friends are all here lol but that was my first time being grilled like that at the border.
