I’ve always enjoyed stories, but never really tried writing one until recently. I finally pushed myself to publish my first chapter, and now I’m kind of stuck in that “is this actually good or am I just biased?” phase. I have high-functioning autism, so most times, it’s hard to tell. Would anyone be open to giving honest feedback? I’m especially unsure about pacing and whether the opening actually hooks you.
