Is there such a thing as eating too much fish fat for weight loss?

I gained 20-30 lbs and I’m working really hard to lose it.

I am working with a personal trainer who told me to eat only meat.

I’m wondering how healthy this actually is?

Is it possible that eating only fish as a protein source in a calorie deficit healthy?

Is the fat unhealthy?

My carb intake is averaging 36g.
My calorie intake average is 1352.

My protein intake is averaging 160g.

Fat is averaging 60g.

What do other people think about this?

**edit: thanks guys! I am going to look for a new trainer

Started going to the gym a few weeks ago and going on a calorie deficit to lose weight. Eating about 1000-1200kcal a day. Im drinking protein shakes all day to keep protein up and hoping to lose weight quicker. I know its not sustainable long term.

Will I gain muscle and lose fat while lifting as long as I eat enough protein? Will I get loose skin from losing too quickly?

I wasnt sleeping well the last few nights and my friend handed me a dayvigo 5mg. It helped me sleep within 30mins and slept 11 hours which was needed. The next morning I felt ok, but as the day progressed I felt pretty bad. Depressed, anxious, low motivation.

Anyone have experience with this med?

Is it possible to have symptoms after taking 1?
