Investing for retirement

Parents have made will and husband and me combined received 2 flats worth 1.5 crore and stocks/cash/mutual funds worth 2 cr, plus about 30L gold. Parents both sides are self sufficient with Mediclaim healthcare and pension, and we are there for additional support. We live in US and have a 5 year old kid. Our retirement plan includes spending significant time in India in about 15 years from now. How to best invest from now on to have healthy indian funds by that time?
