I had a bout of constipation that lasted a few days and also had some nerve pain with it I'm assuming. Like I felt some tingly on left front of leg above ankle, right glute outer, and lumbar pain left side a lil bit. I also had some abdominal pain on bottom left side. Which I'm assuming was due to the pressure build up cause constipation.
Now... I have passed the stool, but I have a very slight abdominal pain still and now my left testicle is achy. It has no lumps, no swelling, no discoloration anywhere. I'm going to see a doctor on Wednesday after work and was wondering how this all sounds. I'm thinking the nerve got pinched cause constipation and maybe I even lifted wrong which caused nerve pinch which caused my constipation and now it traveled down to my groin.
But I am also anxious that my cancer is back or I got testicular torsion or whatever else it could be. The testicle feels weird when I let it hang but when I hold it up the achy pain subsides. Getting annoying.
I can walk fine and lift weights fine. I do have this weird chest pain that comes after I finish eating. It's kinda sharp but goes away in three seconds. Sometimes it's center. Sometimes right side. No other symptoms.
No nausea, no sweating, no breathing issues, no insane pain.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Should I go to the ER? The ache is like a 1/10 if that.
