CS Boston Scientific Intercept
Hey guys
Currently in the interview process for a CS role at Boston Scientific covering the Intracept procedure.
I found out about this opportunity because my grandma had the procedure like 4 months ago and she’s thriving. This gave me the reassurance that I’d be apart of a great therapy.
Can someone give me insight about the division?
- how’s competitive is the pay? The job post said 90k base + commission, how much is the commission? What is the pay trajectory for a senior or principal clinical specialist?
- what’s the day to day like? I read that this position is 100% OR based. How long does an average case take?
- what are my call points? Ortho spine surgeons? Pain physicians?
- what’s is the culture like at Boston? I’m also interviewing at Stryker for their interventional spine CS position and I’m kind of torn between which is the better role for me personality wise
- I’d like to eventually become a rep one day, what is the career trajectory for a role like this? Do they offer an associate position for this business unit?
Thanks
