For return the supplier wants me to change the reason as "do not need" instead of quality/counterfeit issues?
Recently I purchased some fake items (Pokemon cards I know I know... Feel stupid) on alibaba that I opened a case to return on trade assurance, for $6000 the full price as I want to return everything.
They countered my return under trade insurance asking for a video and set the refund value to 0 (already sent them like 20 photos) so I sent it to them and changed it back to the amount, I also uploaded the vid on the trade assurance part too.
They then said in their message that they were deceived by their supplier and will sue them, and will let us return them, but asking us to change the return reason from "intellectual infringement" to "do not need" and they'll organise a return.
However am I right in thinking this will look super bad my side and leave me open to losing any trade assurance?
