Question is pretty much the title, say I left the company a few weeks ago turned in all of my gear and company gas card in but they are letting new hires use a credit card with my name on it. Is that illegal and if so what steps should I take ? Just not super comfy with someone walking around using a card with my name on it.

23M genuinely considering enlisting, only question I really have is BAH. So I’m married with a mortgage and I m just wondering if I’m able to live in barracks and my wife be able to collect my BAH for our mortgage payment, as I know I won’t be making a ton for a while in the army.

I just don’t want to leave her with all the bills or be left with jack shit every month paying it out of what little I’ll be making.
