NHS app

I’ve been trying to log into the NHS app for a couple of days. It just continuously shows this screen. Phone is up to date, and when I press the help button I get a black screen.

Anyone else had this issue / know how to fix it?

I couldn’t find an active UK based disability subreddit, so I thought I’d ask here as I think there are a lot of trans people who prefer to use accessible toilets (ftm here, and it took me a while to get used to the men’s)

When you lock an accessible toilet from the inside, does that mean someone should not be able to open it with a radar key from the outside? I have to check the toilets during my shifts when we close up and both at my current and old workplace, I have been walked in on/walked in on others using the accessible toilet even though I/the other person has locked the door from the inside.

Is this a matter of neglect for accessible spaces or is this by design?

I’m ftm, been on T for over 2 years (mix of private and DIY). I’ve rarely used my local NHS GP practice as they have messed up many times (prescribing medication i’m allergic to, referrals to the wrong departments, etc.). I can’t change my GP due to my post code.

I’m fortunate enough that I’m on my parents work health insurance until the end of the year which covers private GP consultations. Can I get a referral from a private GP to an NHS GIC?
