I’m an incoming first year at Elac and was wondering how I verify my identity because my account is locked

I wasn’t able to verify myself through the link I was given

I heard I can verify through zoom and was wondering how that works

today I found out I accidentally applied for the summer term instead of the fall term

I realized this after trying to activate my account and it didn’t let me so I re-read the email and saw it said I was admitted for the SUMMER 2026 Term and not the FAL 2026 term

Is there any way to fix this or do something about it??
