How has this man not been charged with a crime? According to Utah law he should be charged with at least 2 counts of tampering with evidence by moving the chair and the camera, maybe even 3 felonies if you count removing the SD card from the camera.
I think a bigger deal needs to be made of this, justice for Charlie should start with Terryl Farnsworth and as they say, pressure busts pipes, it may get him to start snitching when looking at 3 separate counts carrying 1- 15 years each.
