’m thinking about getting my first tattoo and I’m honestly pretty nervous about it.
I want something small in Korean that has the meaning of “everything happens for a reason.” Right now, I’m deciding between 운명 (unmyeong, fate/destiny) and 인연 (inyeon, fated connection/meaningful bond).
For Korean speakers or anyone familiar with the language: which word makes more sense for the meaning “everything happens for a reason”? Does either one sound cheesy/corny as a tattoo, or would it actually make sense?
I don’t want to get something that sounds awkward or like a bad translation, so any advice would be appreciated.

Hi! I'm coming to Seoul for 2 months alone as a 19 year old, and I'll be living in Hongdae. I've heard great things about Able Gym Hongdae, and it also seems to be right across the street from my Korean school. I just have a few questions...
- I know that some gyms require you to remove outdoor shoes - is this the same for Able Gym?
- Do they have towels and a hair dryer for me to shower?
- Whats the estimated price for 2 months? I know their daily pass is 30,000 Won, and that seems very expensive lol.
- Do the staff speak english well?
Thanks!
