Every. Single. Time.
Since I was a kid, summer meant horrible sleep. I used to not be able to sleep until 7-9am. It's literally been 20 years and this is still a problem, except I'm no longer a kid with no responsibilities anymore.
Not sleeping for a night makes me feel like I've been hit by several trains, now it's for the next 3 months again.. My body and brain simply cannot do well with 15 hours of daylight.
Does anyone else experience this?
P.S. I literally write this at 6am, so yay, it has begun 😭.
Also I've been medicated for the past 2 ½ years (Trazodone, Ambien, sometimes Xanax too if it's really bad). It took a while to find a combination that works, but - aside from summer - it works. I cannot wait for wintery nights to have the absolute bestesttt sleeps and naps.
