I stumbled across a someone who broke down what nutrients a human body needs, and provided info on each one-

-what the body uses it for

-symptoms of nutrient deficiency

-sources of the nutrient

I started putting it into an excel grid so I could identify what my diet might be lacking if I exhibit any of the symptoms. I was particularly interested in the exhaustion/fatigue ones, as me being tired isn't necessarily linked to sleep issues.

I've attached the very beginning of what I'd like to do with this info. Nowhere near what I'd like it to look like in the end. It's a process.

Has this been done elsewhere? Would save time.

Constructive criticism appreciated, as well.

The Avdija trade has multple threads in the NBA talk sub-reddit, but curious the thoughts of people in this sub here.

For context, the June 2024 trade was this-

Portland gets- Deni Avdija

Washington gets- #14 of the 2024 draft (became Bub Carrington), 2029 1st (2nd most favorable of Boston's, Milwaukee's, Portland's), two 2nds and Malcolm Brogdon.

Avdija was coming off a 2024 seasonal average of 14.7 PPG, 7.2 RPG and 3.8 APG. His 2025 season with Portland was a tad more productive points wise but otherwise very similar. His shooting percentage dropped from 50.6% his final season with the Wizards to 47.6% with the Blazers the next year.

He really took off this season with a 24.2/6.9/6.7 line. Absurd assists from a Forward.

Was the collection of picks worth giving up the four year forward? Would it have been better to hold to see if he could break out?

Why did he break out? Was he used differently, or schemed looks? From 2021-25, he average 2.1 APG, then suddenly exploded this year to 6.9. Even if you just focus on the last two years, when he averaged 30+ MPG, his assists were only 3.9 per game. His rate of 3s attempted went from 3.9 per game those years to 6.0. FT (both attempted and made) skyrocketed as well.

Aside from whether it was possible to anticipate it, should Portland expect this is his new norm, or is this season a one-off aberration.

There's a very specific niche of content creators who like to provoke NPCs in GTA 5 Online. The player will hit the NPC's vehicle and the driver will race after the player. When they get in range, they'll get out and either bludgeon or shoot the player. Multiple NPCs become involved and the resulting chaos can look like a riot or civil war.

I've seen clips where an NPC driving a fire truck chases down the player. The firefighter on the top of the truck will "shoot" the water cannon at the player. Looks very weird, and ineffective.

I'm curious what's going on coding-wise. From the NPC's perspective, does the game switch the player from neutral to hostile? What if the "gun" on the top, instead of being a water cannon, was a machine gun? If the firefighter is allowed to operate it, it seems there'd be a hail of gunfire, not a soaking.

Does all this speak to how GTA handles fires? Why aren't law enforcement "engaging" the fire with their firearms whenever they're in range? Could it be fires and police officers are neutral to each other? Under the hood, what's going on here?
