Everytime i try to open the download it says the application was unable to start corrently (0xc0000007b),

ive even tried downloading from the microsoft store but of course when i try to open it/sign in it says "Something went wrong launching your game". Its even gotten to a point where i decided to reset my whole pc but each time i do it, it just says its unable to reset and no changes have been made.

I need some serious help
