No refurbished 10,000H models available?
My Luba 2 10,000H was sent in for repairs this spring and the support team said it was not repairable and would send me a Luba 2X 10,000H as a replacement. After approving the change, a tracking number was issued through FedEx but the package was never received by FedEx. After about a week, I reached out and they said they would look into it and get back to me.
After a few more e-mails back and forth, their logistics team is "urgently" looking into the missing shipment, but i have little faith the original package even existed. A tracking number was created to show that the order was complete and they wipe their hands clean.
I asked them to send a second package and if 2 showed up, I would return one. Come to find out, there are no refurbished 10,000Hs available to send out and I am told i need to wait until one comes in before i will receive a replacement.
I am not sure what to do at this point, i have offered a few other solutions but none have been accepted:
-Send 2x Luba 2X 5000H to cover the same area as the 10,000, assuming they are easier to come by
-Send a new unit of equal capability
What would you all do in this situation? I feel like i will be waiting all summer for a replacement at this point.
