We just got our washer and dryer back in February. Draw strings catch at this seam below the lint trap, not under the lint trap itself. I still clean out the lint trap after every use and the trap sits flush, but the clothes get stuck in this part of the drum. I’ve had to get delicate garment bags for clothes that have draw strings or loose ends so they don’t twist up and tear off. But the garment bags ball the clothes up inside and it takes 2-3 dries to get them completely dry. What can I do to fix the clothes getting stuck here?
