Soo i found out that there are 4 rounds total of counselling.

I also found out that 3rd round takes place like a week before the clg starts.

So my doubt is regarding the fourth round. How exactly does it work. Do we miss lectures? Is it actually worth waiting till the last round? How many seats generally open up?

Also is it a thing that we have to compulsorily pay the clg even if we cancel the seat (saw this in a yt video so pls clarify what exactly does that mean)

Someone pls clarify (would appreciate if it was a senior who has been through all this already)
