A few months back, I subscribed to suchen+ on immoscout24 and everything was alright. In the third month where I had to pay because of their 3 month policy, it said that my account didn’t have an attached credit card. I tried multiple times but I guess something was wrong with the website (?). Their team emailed me saying that because there was no credit card, you can send us the money via transfer and gave me the bank info.
I did that and everything is great but it’s still saying that the bill is unpaid like 2 weeks later and I tried emailing them directly and from pissedconsumer.com, both times I got an automated email saying my email will be checked within 72 hours and nothing after that besides payment reminder emails. Is there any way to reach them so I can tell them that I already paid and send the transer receipt as proof? (They have a number on pissedconsumer.com but it auto hangs up)
