Hi everyone. I wanted to ask if anyone knows whether, after graduating from a Master’s, it is possible to renew the permesso di soggiorno per studio if I receive official admission to a PhD programme. From what I found online, it seems that a student permit can sometimes be renewed after graduation.
But I could not find a very clear answer for my specific situation. Has anyone gone from a Master’s degree in Italy to a PhD and renewed their permesso this way?
