Welcome visitors to my citrus trees

These visitors don't come often to my citrus trees but they are welcome.
Please meet Alpine longhorn beetle (Rosalia alpina), Violet carpenter bee (Xylocopa violacea) and Praying mantis (Mantis religiosa).
I cannot say the same about 5 kinds of ants which are neither invited nor welcome.

Need advice for citrus trees.

I have 6 about 10+ years old trees (lemon, orange, tangerine). Each is in pot 50x50x40 cm. Total height is about 1.5m (stem is 0.5m). Tree crown in the biggest one (lemon) is more than 1m x 1m.

I live in area when in winter temperatures some days drop below -10C and in summer reach above +35C. I store them in cold place (not below +3C) in the winter and they seem to be in relatively good shape in the spring (no fungi, some leaves lost).

They are blooming very nicely in the spring and have some new shoots. I do not overwater them and use some citrus fertilizer.

Problem is that many of these new shoots are cut (very young leaves) or eaten by something. I am not aware of any disease and I see ladybugs there. Ants try to approach them but are stopped by adhesive tape on the stem. Only insect I sometimes see is stink bug.

What can I do to support new shoots more?

I work 20+ years witch Cisco firewalls. Small, big, line cards, virtual. I have seen a little bit of others firewalls. I do not miss anything big in Cisco firewalls. Am I complacent? What do you like in firewalls from other vendors and Cisco firewalls are missing?
