I've recently cleared my NPTE. I don't have any hands-on experience. It's been 9 years since I graduated, and I didn't work due to some personal reasons. Now, if I want to get started, which setting would be best for me to gain clinical experience and enjoy my work?

This is my first attempt. I see some people's scores have been withheld and I came across many posts. Does it indicate anything? I feel like withheld = pass. Mine is not withheld ,which is why I'm worried. Can somebody help me if they passed and their scores are not withheld?
I know this is so crazy..can't blame my brain for doing this to me!!
