I’ve been experiencing a really bad flare up since later December. I’ve tired everything. I workout regularly, drink water, I’ve tried many creams, bioderma, cerave, etc etc. no matter what I do I look around and see everyone with perfect skin, and see myself with red patches all over my body. I can’t wear what I want to wear and I hate leaving my house. What do you do to feel confident and pretty?
