Does anyone remember a Tracy Williams who worked at SouthPark Suites Hotel or Carolina Place Mall years ago?
Long shot, but I’m hoping someone might remember her.
I’m trying to find a woman named Tracy (possibly Tracy Williams) who was in the Charlotte area years ago.
She worked at SouthPark Suites Hotel around 1997–1998 as a front desk clerk and later worked at Aeropostale in Carolina Place Mall around 2003–2004.
She was around 5’8”, biracial with a Black father and White mother, and her family had moved from New York to the Charlotte area at some point when she was younger.
There was also a Black woman named Gloria Williams who worked at SouthPark Suites as the hotel operator during that same period, and I believe Tracy may have been related to her somehow.
I also remember that Tracy’s brother, who was also biracial, briefly worked at SouthPark Suites as a bellboy/concierge.
The last time I saw her, she mentioned possibly taking an Aeropostale-related job in Florida — maybe Miami or Orlando — though I’m not completely certain about the exact city.
This is not about trying to intrude into anyone’s life. Truthfully, I just cared about her deeply years ago and never pursued the relationship when I had the chance. I’ve wondered for a very long time what happened to her and whether life turned out well for her. If Tracy herself ever happens to see this, I’d genuinely love the chance to speak with her again.
