Hoping to save locals money and time. Don’t buy a warranty from this company anywhere they sell it.

I was only given a brochure when I bought my sofa that says nothing about claims must be accidents to be covered.

Their staff is rude. Their intake process is long and tedious and they make you do that, tell you they're filling it, then come back and say your issue isn't covered. Don’t waste your money.

ETA: I think the business is called Customer Care Services LLC, but the warranty plan is called Ultra Care. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration.
