I know everyone is going through this but I have decent skills been working from past 1.5 years in backend python fast api and node js worked on decent projects. FOLKS who made a switch can please guide is it my tech stack should I add some ai project i dont know what skills are in need right now.

Trying from past 4 months all I get are some OA s than get ghosted even after acing them.

I work in service based company with around 10 lpa what should be my Target compensation I think some recruiter just ghost me I tell them ,my expectations around 60 percent hike

Just lost any advice will be appreciated.
