Here’s what I’m generally looking for:

• B2B SaaS (any niche/category)
• $300+ MRR
• Solo-founder or small team operated
• Doesn’t need to be high growth — stable and consistently running is perfectly fine

I’m not a flipper looking for a quick resale. I prefer to actively operate and grow the products I acquire long term. If you care about your product continuing in good hands, that matters to me too.

I’m looking to buy an existing SaaS that is already built and can be quickly monetized with Stripe or similar payments.

I’m specifically interested in products that are:

• Already functional (MVP or better)
• Easy to plug in Stripe / already have Stripe integration
• Can handle digital products, bookings, tickets, or API-based services
• Preferably something like:
  • Ticketing platforms (e.g. attractions like Top of the Rock / events)
  • Travel / booking tools
  • eSIM / digital delivery products (similar to Klook-style services)
  • Simple marketplaces or SaaS tools with payment flow already working

What I’m looking for:

• Working product (not just idea or Figma)
• Clean or maintainable codebase
• Basic admin/dashboard is a plus
• Some documentation preferred but not required
• Open to indie projects, side projects, or abandoned SaaS

Budget: Flexible depending on quality, traction, and revenue
Speed: I’m ready to move quickly if it’s a fit
