As the title says I’m looking into doing my first build and have some questions about what tools I’ll need. I’m thinking of taking a class on mechanical watches but figure something like this would be a good and affordable way to dip my toe into the hobby.

Anyone able to suggest what tools I’d need for something like this tank?

Could the 10 gram jig and soft plastic in the picture be rigged to be a weedless set up?

I canal fish and there’s some spots with a lot of weeds
