I'm 20M and I recently was able to pull back my foreskin, I thought I had phimosis but seems like it's just tight foreskin, what do I do now I feel very weird because it isn't easy for it to go back over the top of the penis and I'm not used to this, is anything wrong with me?

What should I do first? I cleaned the area as soon as it got retracted for the first time, what next please help 🙏🙏
