Hi, we are going to move to a new house and we are going to process the rent. But the agent is asking 1200 for Ejari. Now my question last year when rent a house there is no ejari and I remember there some paper but I only pay 150 or 300 I think but now the agent is asking 1200 for ejari! Please enlighten the house is Ajman

My husband is in jail got caught last Saturday in MOE by CID and took him to the police station Due to unpaid rent. I am really worried and I don’t know what to do. Anyone can help me here please. Does my husband can still be out from the jail? How can I check which police did they take my husband? We have 2 years old daughter thats been asking about her! The last time we talk is the day he got caught before the police confiscated his phone and has no idea which police he was. 😭😭🙏🙏
