I am trying to repair this shower drain. I have never seen where the drain cup is built into the pan.

It seems that previously there was a 2 inch pipe that was shoved into the black gasket in the third image, but when I found the house it was leaking bad.

I can't find any replacement fitting, or any drain that fits where this cup is already apart of the pan. I tried to find an adaptor that would slide into the cup, but nothing fits. It is 3inch wide inside the cup and has a slight taper inward.

I know I am not a plumber. Any advice is appreciated.
