We all know that she’s responsible for the state of Apple Retail becoming a metrics driven and soulless job now. Shit rolls downhill, meaning all these culture changes are coming from high up.

It’s all about power and control. Unionizing takes power away from the top shifts it towards the workers. An ex worker literally killed themselves over mismanagement and Apple did nothing. I remember all the awkward and hollow “we care” downloads that ensued after this.

It will only get worse unless we do something about it. Many of my coworkers are on crazy doses of antidepressants to cope with the stress.
