In game I thought it doubled how many tools you used for the cost of one but nope, it just throws two at the same time, it's barely useful, you save a single button click and a a second, the volt vessel combo is good but it you aren't good at aiming you might as well use it normally. In lore i can sorta see why would hornet use it She has two hands(or sticks or claws whatever they call it) and uses one to hold her needle, but why not make a sheath or something?
