What to do with 401k (part roth, part traditional)?

Apologies in advance if some of what I say doesn't make sense, I moved to the US from Canada a few years ago so I'm not very familiar with a lot of terminology.

I left my job at the end of last year and have a 401k. My understanding is I was doing both Roth and traditional contributions to this 401k; when I do the fidelity rollover request thing it says some portion will go to a rollover IRA, and the rest will go to a Roth IRA.
Is this my best course of action? Or is it better to just leave it there and roll it over to a new 401k when I get a new job?
