Granted, I play exclusively PvE, so it's not like gun selection matters TOO much for me personally(outside of say shotguns and SMGs)

but I feel like the DDM4, the Phantom Lance at least, it kind of ruined things for me because it just does almost everything I need

it can snipe relatively well(against the AI), i can use it in close quarters, it has a 60 round mag, the ammo isn't hard to get, i can just buy a new one, etc

but i digress, i'm wondering if i'm missing out on something

curious to see what others pack when they go out.

three things i usually try to carry are suture kits, splints, and bandages/gauzes, sometimes stuff like tourniquets or the injector that stops bleeding if I have extra and need to get rid of them but don't want them to go to waste

I play only PvE, so not sure how much that matters, but wanted to know what other people might bring

the injectors that do stuff like heal bones and stuff I feel like it would be wasted for the most part since I'm not going anywhere too heavy, and again, PvE
